VITAPLUSUNIVERSE
The main difference between running and jogging is typically the pace and intensity. Running is generally faster and involves a more vigorous stride, often done for exercise or competition. Jogging, on the other hand, is typically slower and more relaxed, often done for leisure or light exercise. This is important to understand to avoid injury. My four S’s for running are Sneakers, Stride, Sustainability and Strength. My experience with running includes numerous 3K,5K half marathons and marathons. These are the things that I found important to avoid injury and enjoy the craft. Nutrition continues to be a large part of my regimen with vitamin supplementation and detoxification.
